A family tradition

8 Sisters Bakery began in 2010. Founder Emma (Schwartz) Lister named the business in honor of the eight Schwartz sisters, who learned baking as children from their mother.

The bakery describes its products as based on time-honored Amish-style recipes and traditional baking methods. Its motto is “You Name It – We Bake It.”
